Chinese Welfare Centre - Belfast

We have recently completed a Grouted DCI job for Mascott on the Ormeau Rd, Belfast. This project was on a tight programme and budget. We enabled the piling to start early on in the contract and other site work to carry on while the piling was underway. This was a small site where the ability to work at different levels and pile into the pre-excavated ground beams and caps saved the contractor a lot of time and effort.
